Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all session bookings made on the urBuddy platform, operated by HACKCOMM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Cancellation by Mentee

Cancellation by Mentor

If a Mentor cancels a confirmed booking for any reason:

• You receive a full refund, processed automatically.
• You will be notified via email and can rebook with the same or a different Mentor.
• Repeated cancellations by a Mentor may result in suspension of their account.

No-Shows

Rescheduling

• Mentee-initiated reschedule: Allowed up to 24 hours before the session at no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to Mentor availability and approval.
• Mentor-initiated reschedule: Mentors may propose an alternate time. You are not obligated to accept. If you decline, you receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for cancellation or refund once purchased:

• Digital products (guides, templates, downloadable resources).
• Recorded sessions or pre-recorded courses.
• Multi-session packages, unless the Mentor cancels or the Company determines otherwise.
• Bookings for sessions that were delivered as described.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
• GST components are refunded in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us at support@urbuddy.in within 7 days of the session date. We will review the case and respond within 5 business days. Our decision is final, subject to applicable law.
